The association Pensando en el Futuro, founded in 2020 in Seville and registered in the Municipal Register of Citizen Entities of the City of Seville, is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the integral development of children and adolescents in the Polígono Sur of Seville (a highly vulnerable neighborhood for children and adolescents, promoting personal skills that will help them to manage their lives in a healthy way, through mentoring with the students of the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Seville.

Pensando en el Futuro is committed to fostering equal opportunities and creating an inclusive and equitable organizational environment. This commitment is reflected in the implementation of management systems that promote equality and ensure quality work both in the members of the association and in the mentors involved in the program. 

This Gender Equality Plan is applied to the whole organization, covering both hired personnel and volunteers who collaborate with the association. Our goal is to ensure that everyone at Pensando en el Futuro enjoys a fair and equitable environment, promoting equal opportunities at all levels of the organization.
